Wholebuddy is a UK-based premium pet food company crafting wholesome, ethically sourced meals for dogs and cats. When they first came to Beam + Brand, their e-commerce site had just one purchase in ten months—with minimal SEO, confusing navigation, and no clear customer journey.

We started by digging into the premium pet food market, identifying where Wholebuddy could stand out, then served up a plan for growth. From there, we built an all-new e-commerce website that’s clean, intuitive, and designed to convert.

Since launching, we’ve been managing their social media on Facebook and Instagram, growing awareness and engagement faster than a puppy spotting a treat. In just one month, Instagram views jumped 310% and Facebook views skyrocketed 3,561%.

To top it off, we designed a full window graphic for their Nantwich shop that brings the brand’s personality to the street—warm, friendly, and unmistakably Wholebuddy.
